Refunds are not generally available once you have purchased your ticket.

A complimentary ticket can be arranged for a Companion Card holder with the purchase of a full price ticket.  Please email contact@haientertainment.com once you have purchased your ticket with the Companion Card details and we will organise a ticket for you.  The complimentary ticket reflects the ticket which has been purchased - i.e. a Session 1 ticket will receive a complimentary Session 1 ticket.

Absolutely!  A child ticket can be arranged if you email contact@haientertainment.com once you have purchased the equivalent adult ticket and the team will arrange this for you.

Absolutely!  We encourage you all to dress up if you feel comfortable doing so.  As we are hiring a venue, there are certain guidelines in relation to what is accepted for Cosplay and we will release these terms on the website in due course.
