To gain entry into our event, and to participate in any event at with the Hai Entertainment Group, attendees must have their entry wristband clearly visible at all times. All attendees, including those in cosplay, must be able to demonstrate that they are in possession of a valid entry ticket or wristband. Failure to do so will result in delay or rejection of you being allowed entry in to the venue.
There are three wristbands that will be used for Hai Festival 2023, relating to the session that you have purchased. Attendees in possession of a ticket for both sessions will not require multiple wristbands. As this is a ticketed event, please present your ticket to our volunteers to attain the relevant wristband at the designated entry point.
Hai Festival and all subsidiary events are all age events, so please be aware that we will have an audience of both children and adults alike. As a result, some material may not be suitable for viewing by children. Management requests that all attendees please be always aware of their behaviour and language, even when in cosplay portraying a character.
By entering our venue, you may be on film for the purposes of promotions and may also be featured in local media. If you do not wish to be filmed, please alert a member of staff and we may be able to assist. Designated staff and media will always have their accreditation visible.
Please note car parking spaces may be limited, do not park in restricted areas unless authorised to do so. Our venues may be in the vicinity of residential premises, so please be mindful and respectful of our neighbours.
In the event of a fire or emergency, please follow the directions of venue and volunteers. If requested to leave, leave in an orderly fashion, if taking personal belongings would take longer than just collecting, we request that this be left and collected at a later point. Your health and wellbeing are more important.
If you have a first aid or medical emergency at any point during your time within our venues, please alert a member of staff and the relevant action will be taken. Management are trained in first aid and will assist or refer to the appropriate parties.
Hai Entertainment staff and volunteers do not accept bullying or harassment in any way, shape or form. If you find yourself in distress, or the victim of bullying, please alert a volunteer or member of staff and the appropriate action will be taken. We do not tolerate bullying of attendees or staff and take these types of complaints seriously.
Please note that there may be additional terms of entry as dictated to by the venue themselves, we must respect the venue terms of entering and using their facility. Abusing these rules may prevent additional events from being held in the future. Venue staff will alert Management to any breaches of their general terms and we will take the appropriate action.
